Please remember that the 60 money back guarantee is our agreement with you the dealer, as you are our customer. If your customer chooses to return a unit, it must be authorized and refunded by you to them.
If you choose to return the machine back to us, and it is within the 60 day window, you can then call our Technical Department at 1-800-875-9025 option 5, or 775-851-9451 option 5, to receive an RMA # and further instructions to process the return.
If your customer calls us directly to return a unit, they will be referred back to you.
