New Same Day Shipping Cut-off Time

Due to the recent increase in sales, and in the best interest of serving all of our customers, IonLife has decided to institute a cut-off time for same day shipping.


Effective November 15, 2009, all orders placed prior to 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship same day, with the exception of any back-ordered items. Any order placed after 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped no later than the following business day.






Dealer Quarterly Requirement Enforcement

IonLife is starting to review our dealer database, and if you are receiving this email, it is because you are currently considered an active dealer. Remember, that to be considered active you must maintain $2500 in sales every calendar quarter. If you are selling top end machines that is only one unit a month!

The dealer agreement reads:


“To keep the account valid by ordering a minimum of $2500 of any product every three months. If this minimum quarterly volume requirement is not fulfilled, IonLife reserves the right to change your pricing. If no ionizer sales occur over a 6 month period, IonLife reserves the right to terminate this agreement entirely.”

If your dealership is terminated due to lack of sales, you will be required to sign a new wholesale agreement and place a new initial order of $1500 to rejoin the program.

Please Update Your Wholesale Agreement

Again, if you have not yet done so, please follow the link below to print and update your wholesale agreement. This needs to be faxed in to Nicole at 1-888-580-7040 no later than December 1st, 2009. If your wholesale agreement as not been updated by December 1st, 2009, your shopping cart privileges will be disabled until it is received.


IonLife Holiday Hours

IonLife will be closed during the following days, in observance of the upcoming holidays:

Thanksgiving: Thursday November 26th – Friday November 27th; normal business hours will resume on Monday November 30th.

Christmas: Thursday December 24th – Friday December 25th; normal business hours will resume on Monday December 28th.

New Years: Thursday December 31st – Friday January 1st; normal business hours will resume on January 4th, 2010.

November Sales Incentive

As a special incentive for the month of November, any Dealer who purchases 6 or more ionizers will receive a FREE AOK Portable Ionizer! If any dealer purchases 12 or more ionizers, they will receive 2 FREE AOK Portable Ionizers!!

Warranty Clarifications


Lately there have been some miss-understandings about our new Limited Lifetime Warranty. In order to clarify those, we wanted to address them all at once.

The Jupiter Science warranty provides five (5) years parts and labor, from purchase date, with FREE shipping from anywhere in the USA. (Please note that if sending an ionizer in for repair from outside the USA, the customer needs to pay for all shipping costs).

Then, after 5 years from the purchase date, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping and labor costs, while IonLife pays for all replacement parts. After 5 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $195 on the most expensive repair. The warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. This new policy applies to ionizers purchased after September 2009, except the Ultra Technos which has a one (1) year warranty.


Inventory Clear Out on the Neptune

Through the end of November, Dealers can purchase the remaining Neptune’s for the old 25-49 price! This is only until supplies last, so grab them now while you can! Your shopping carts have already been updated with the discounted price, so happy shopping!


Unauthorized Returns Will No Longer be Accepted

Effective November 15th, 2009 any unit returned for repair or refund MUST first have an RMA number, and have the RMA number written on the outside of the box, or it will be considered unauthorized and refused.

Any customer return should go through you, the dealer, and it is your responsibility to contact us within the 60 day policy to obtain the RMA number if you wish to return the unit to us. Again, any package without an RMA number on the outside of the box will be considered unauthorized and refused.*
